Canadian health-practice platform with PHIPA-aligned online appointments, intake, secure video, charting, and integrated payments. Familiar to most Ontario clinicians and clients.

Where are my records actually held?+

All clinical records, scheduling data, and payment information live inside OWL Practice or Jane App, both of which are PHIPA-aligned platforms used by Ontario clinicians. This website does not store any clinical data.

How do I pay for sessions?+

Payment is handled securely inside OWL Practice or Jane App at time of booking. Receipts are issued automatically and contain the details required for most insurance reimbursement.

What is the cancellation policy?+

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations and reschedules can be made through the booking platform or by contacting Marcia directly.

Can I message Marcia between sessions?+

Brief, non-clinical messages can be sent through the secure messaging built into OWL Practice or Jane App. Please use the crisis resources for urgent concerns.

Is faith integration set up here?+

Faith integration is opt-in and discussed during your consultation or first session. It is never imposed and may be adjusted or removed at any time.
